What you'll do
- Supervise daily shift operations
- Own safety compliance and audits
- Coach and develop team members
- Report on throughput and accuracy KPIs
What you'll need
- 3+ years supervising warehouse teams
- Strong safety record
- Comfortable with WMS systems
Nice to have
- Lean or Six Sigma training
- Forklift certification
