About the role
Atlas Freight is looking for a coordinator to manage day-to-day shipment execution, carrier communication and exception handling for key accounts.
What you'll do
- Plan and book multimodal shipments
- Communicate with carriers, ports and customers
- Resolve delays and exceptions
- Maintain accurate shipment records
What you'll need
- 2+ years in freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent English communication
Nice to have
- Knowledge of customs documentation
- Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia
