About the role
You will join the Platform group at Northwind Systems, responsible for the multi-tenant Kubernetes estate that runs every customer workload. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong emphasis on reliability, compliance and developer experience.
What you'll do
- Design and operate multi-region Kubernetes clusters
- Improve deployment tooling used by 120 engineers
- Lead incident response and post-incident reviews
- Partner with security on compliance automation
What you'll need
- 5+ years in platform, infrastructure or SRE roles
- Deep Kubernetes and Linux fundamentals
- Experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong written communication for a remote team
Nice to have
- Experience in a regulated industry (finance, health)
- Go or Rust experience
- CKA or CKS certification
