About the role
Northwind is hiring a product designer to own end-to-end design for our customer console — from research through polished, accessible interfaces.
What you'll do
- Run discovery interviews with technical users
- Produce flows, prototypes and production-ready specs
- Extend and maintain the design system
- Partner closely with front-end engineers
What you'll need
- 4+ years designing complex B2B products
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking
- Fluency with Figma and prototyping tools
Nice to have
- Experience designing developer tools
- Front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS)
