About the role
HR Connect Global is seeking a Payroll Compliance Analyst to research payroll requirements, review controls, and support accurate processing across the United States and Canada.
What you'll do
- Monitor federal, state, provincial, and local payroll requirements
- Review payroll reports and investigate exceptions
- Support audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities
- Document controls and communicate compliance updates
What you'll need
- Three or more years of payroll or payroll compliance experience
- Knowledge of US or Canadian payroll regulations
- Strong reconciliation and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Nice to have
- CPP or PCP designation
- Cross-border payroll experience
- Experience with multi-state or multi-province payroll
