HR Connect Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing accuracy, collections, cash application, and customer account reconciliation. This role is remote within the United States and Canada.
What you'll do
- Prepare and send accurate customer invoices
- Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Follow up professionally on overdue balances
- Maintain aging reports and resolve billing questions
What you'll need
- Two or more years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong spreadsheet and reconciliation skills
- Careful attention to financial detail
- Professional customer communication
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud accounting software
- Multi-currency billing exposure
- Associate degree in accounting or finance
