What you'll do
- Research topics, keywords, and audience intent
- Create content briefs and editorial roadmaps
- Review on-page structure and internal linking
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
What you'll need
- Three or more years in SEO or content strategy
- Strong portfolio of organic growth work
- Comfort with analytics and search tools
- Excellent editorial judgment
Nice to have
- Experience in recruitment or B2B services
- Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals
- Experience briefing freelance writers
