Join Lumen Health's telehealth team providing assessment, triage and follow-up care through our virtual clinic platform. Full clinical support and structured onboarding provided.
What you'll do
- Conduct virtual patient assessments
- Triage and escalate to physicians as needed
- Document care accurately in the EHR
- Support patient education and follow-up
What you'll need
- Active RN licence in Canada
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Comfortable with digital care tools
Nice to have
- Experience in primary or urgent care
- Bilingual English/French
