About the role
HR Connect Global is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional software and service rollouts. This remote position supports customers across the United States and Canada.
What you'll do
- Own implementation plans, milestones, and risk logs
- Lead customer kickoff and status meetings
- Coordinate product, operations, and client stakeholders
- Manage scope changes and launch readiness
What you'll need
- Four or more years of project or implementation management experience
- Strong stakeholder and timeline management skills
- Experience managing several projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- PMP or similar certification
- SaaS implementation experience
- Experience with project management software
